Acasta registered in Gibraltar provides legal expenses, excess and warranty insurance across Europe. The success of their business necessitated a review of administration systems so that a solution could be put in place that would allow Acasta to efficiently administer the increased demand, complexity and flexibility of their products and arrangements.
CTC was selected to provide a new general insurance solution because CTC grasped the business need quickly and showed how Elements could be rapidly adapted for their specific requirements. Elements for Acasta provides online access to Solicitors to set up new policies, generate policy documents and view existing policy details. The system also facilitates bordereaux processing of delegated business. This means that Acasta is now able to efficiently and effectively support the complete end-to-end processing of all their products on one system.
